The Parkway Ringers Handbell Ensemble |
- Parkway Presbyterian Church is pleased to own a three-octave set of Malmark handbells plus a three-octave set of Malmark choirchimes.
- Bells and chimes are used throughout the year in many and various ways to enhance our worship by means of mood and color as well as accompaniment for singing in addition to bell ensemble pieces.
- The Parkway Ringers serve in worship about once per month and at special services such as Lessons and Carols in December.
- There is an ongoing need for ringers.
- Prior ringing experience is not necessary, but a ringer must have the ability to read music notes.
Rehearsals are Tuesdays* from 6 – 7 PM in the bell rehearsal room.

- September 2009 – first rehearsal - 29th
- October 2009 – 6, 13, 20, 27 - Play October 18
- November 2009 – 3, 10, 17 - Play November 22
- December 2009 – 1, 8, 15, *16 - Play Lessons/Carols Dec. 20
- January 2010 - 5, 12, 19, 26 - Play January 31
- February 2010 – 2, 9, 16, 23 - Play February 28
- March 2010 – 2, 9, 16, 23 - Play date TBA
- April 2010 - 6, 13, 20, 27 - Play April 25
- May 2010 – 4, 11, 18 - Play Pentecost May 23
